Casita La Joya is a completely renovated Casa Antigua located in one of the most beautiful and practical locations of the village. The 2/3-person apartment is located in the historic center (Casco Antiguo) of Villajoyosa, less than 100 meters from the central sandy beach (Playa Centro), close to the boulevard with many restaurants and terraces.

When you step out the apartment, there is a direct footpath to the beautiful Botanical Garden.

A reservation is only valid once the tenant has paid by means of a bank transfer. 

Cancellation is only possible 1 month before the official booking with a valid reason.

The official reservation/cancellation will not be refunded, but only converted into a voucher for a later booking.

In cse of late payment, the reservation will be cancelled.

The rental price, service/final cleaning (80€) are payable before moving into the apartment.

The deposit will be refunded to the tenant's account after the full inspection.

The payment instructions will be forwarded by email.

Costa Blanca North

Climate

The World Health Organisation has declared the Costa Blanca North as the region with the healthiest living environment in Europe. There is a Mediterranean climate with more than 300 days of sunshine per year. There are mild, dry winters and sunny, pleasant summers. Frost is rare, as is extreme heat. The mountains keep out the cold from the interior in winter and retain the heat from the sea in summer. The climate on the Costa Blanca North has the most consistent weather pattern in all of Spain.
